By using covixy.in or purchasing services from Covixy IO Private Limited, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.
Services
Covixy India provides bundled digital setup services for Indian small and medium businesses, including Google Business Profile setup, website creation, and related tools. Scope of work is defined in your selected package and project agreement.
Pricing and payment
Package prices are listed on our website and may change. A GST invoice is provided for all payments. Standard payment terms are 50% upfront and 50% on go-live for Growth and Full Digital packages unless otherwise agreed in writing. Hosting, domain, and third-party subscriptions are billed separately.
Client responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate business information, content, photos, and timely approvals needed to complete setup. Delays in providing materials may extend project timelines.
Intellectual property
Upon full payment, you receive ownership or license to use the website and content created for your business as specified in your agreement. Covixy retains rights to underlying templates, frameworks, and proprietary processes.
Support and warranty
We provide 30 days of post-launch support for fixes and minor updates included in your package. We do not guarantee specific search rankings, revenue, or lead volumes — results depend on your market, competition, and ongoing effort.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Covixy's liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in India.
