Refund & Cancellation Policy

Overview
This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all services purchased from Covixy IO Private Limited via covixy.in. By placing an order or making a payment, you agree to the terms below. We aim to be fair and transparent — if anything is unclear, contact us at hello@covixy.in before purchasing.
14-Day Go-Live Guarantee
Every combo package carries a 14-Day Go-Live Guarantee. If we fail to deliver your agreed scope within 14 business days of receiving all required content and approvals from you, you are entitled to a full refund of the package fee — no questions asked. Delays caused by pending information, content, or approvals from your side are excluded from this guarantee.
Cancellation before work begins
If you cancel within 48 hours of payment and before we have started any setup work, you will receive a 100% refund of the package fee. To cancel, email us with your order details and we will confirm in writing.
Cancellation after work has started
Once setup has begun (design, Google Business Profile claim, account provisioning, or development), refunds are calculated on a pro-rata basis for the work not yet completed. Third-party costs already incurred on your behalf (domains, hosting, paid subscriptions, ad spend) are non-refundable.
Non-refundable items
Domain registration, hosting renewals, Google Workspace subscriptions, payment gateway charges, advertising spend, and any third-party fees are non-refundable once purchased or activated, as these are paid to external providers. Completed and delivered milestones are also non-refundable.
Monthly retainers
Maintain, Grow, and Partner retainer plans are billed monthly in advance. You may cancel any time with 7 days’ notice before the next billing cycle; the current month is not refundable as the work is delivered through the month. There is no long-term lock-in.
How to request a refund
Send your refund request to hello@covixy.in (or message us on WhatsApp) with your name, business name, order date, and reason. We may ask a few questions to understand the issue and resolve it before processing a refund.
Processing time
Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method via Razorpay/your bank. Depending on your bank or card provider, it may take a few additional days for the amount to reflect in your account.
